Connection Support Groups

6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
every 2nd  Tuesday of the Month in-person
Every 4th Tuesday of the month virtual

Connection support groups are for people who are managing mental health symptoms and conditions, led by trained peers who are on a similar journey with mental health conditions.

Men’s Peer Support Group

every 3rd  Thursday of the Month in-person

Our Men’s Peer Support Group is a peer-lead support group for those who identify as male and who have experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. Using the experiences of peers, this group helps individuals transition from feeling stuck and lacking control to a place where they can actively navigate their own choices.

Family Support Group

6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
every 3rd Tuesday of the month-Virtual
10:00 am-11:30am
every 3rd Saturday of the month- In-person

Family support groups are for families who are supporting a loved one living with a mental health condition, led by trained peers who are on a similar journey with supporting their loved one.
